Hunan Jiahai Elevator Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was established in 2014 by Guangzhou Jiahai Investment (holding). It covers an area of 280 acres, with a total building area of 78,000 square meters (60,000 sqm for workshops and 18,000 sqm for living areas). The company mainly focuses on casting and machining parts for elevators, construction machinery, textile machinery, and robots, offering customers professional and personalized services. Currently, the company has 160 employees, five sand casting production lines for iron molds, an annual casting output of 30,000 tons, 39 machining equipment units, and an annual processing capacity of 150,000 sets, effectively meeting various machining demands from rough processing to semi-finished and precision machining. It serves as a production base integrating casting, machining, assembly, and logistics. The factory is located in Guandu Ancient Town, Liuyang City, known as the world’s hometown of fireworks, just 1.5 km from the Guandu toll station on the Changliu Expressway. The surrounding area is crisscrossed by major highways including the Jingguang High-speed Rail, Changliu, Pingru, Hukun, Tianguang, and Jinggang’ao Expressways, making transportation very convenient.

The company has automated production and strictly controls the production process to ensure stable product quality. It is equipped with professional testing equipment such as sand mold inspection, material sulfur testing, spectrometers, low-temperature impact specimen testers, pre-furnace inspection, metallographic samples, carbon-silicon testing, universal testing machines, static strain testers, non-destructive testing, and image scanning, ensuring product accuracy and performance. It provides high-quality products for the elevator, construction machinery, textile machinery, and robotics industries.

The company has passed the ISO9001:2015 and IATF-16949 quality management systems. In July 2016, it obtained safety production standardization certification. In January 2017, it passed the ISO14001:2015 environmental management system certification. In October 2018, it was awarded the National High-tech Enterprise certificate. In 2021, the ISO45001 occupational health and safety management system was implemented.
